Standard computer hardware

All ScotWeave software has been specifically written for Microsoft Windows and has been tested on the following Windows platforms:

• Windows 2000
• Windows XP
• Windows Vista
• Windows 7 (all variants including Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit)

ScotWeave uses industry standard computer hardware and has no special requirements. The minimum recommendations below are correct at the last site review date. Our software runs on any modern PC - desktop or laptop - with at least :

• 8GB MBytes RAM
• 500 GByte hard disk (installation requires approx. 200 MBytes)
• 17 to 21 inch colour monitor or larger
• CD-ROM or CD-RW or DVD drive (for software installation)
• USB ports (at least 4 free for dongle connection and other peripherals)
• Supports any Windows-compatible colour printer
• Supports any Windows-compatible colour scanner
