In short, this means that if you have a problem using ScotWeave then we can get the problem fixed in the shortest possible time with the least possible inconvenience. Furthermore, if there is a feature in ScotWeave that you would like changed, or a new feature added, then we do our best to accommodate your request.

Continuity of staff
The director of the software programming team has over 25 years experience developing ScotWeave software, while the design director joined the development team in 1994. This gives us an unassailable wealth of experience in CAD software for woven textiles.
All-current software products
All ScotWeave software products are current, active products which are available for continued development by the original software team who wrote the software. This is of huge importance to software support and means that we can, and do, continue to improve our software to meet customer demands - quickly and easily. We do not provide obsolete software products with no development potential and we maintain a stable team of development personnel.
Direct access to development personnel
With ScotWeave a customer can pick up the phone and speak to the person responsible for developing the ScotWeave software. This makes it much easier to describe a problem or new feature and to get a direct answer. You can contact us by phone or email.
Spending your money where it matters most
When you buy a ScotWeave license we spend your money carefully on the things that matter - the best possible staff and a good working environment to create and support the best possible software. We don't spend it on flashy city centre sales offices, exuberant presentations, or cash handouts for the directors.
